The most important things to note is that one: the zombie kill count is now accumulative across all playthroughs.
For example: If you kill 5000 zombies in playthrough one, those kills will still count towards the achevement in playthrough two. Unlike the 2016 port/og where you have to kill 53,594 in one playthrough.
This massively cuts down on grinding to get the real megabuster, your reward after you get the achievement.

Two: zombie spawns work diffrently in the underground parking tunnels, where we will be doing the vast majorty of grinding, then in the 2016 port/og game.

Go to the parking area by Leisure Park and take the convertible to the underground parking tunnels. We want the convertible for its larger hit box. Turn left and keep going untill you hit the meat processing area entrance/where Seon's Food & Stuff underground entrance is. Turn around and return to the first turn, then turn around again and go back to meat processing room entrance door. Repeat this process over and over again until your convertible starts to steam and is about to break. Then take the driveable truck and continue this grind untill it too starts to steam up. When it does, go inside the meat processing area and then leave. This will reset the room and respawn the driveable truck. Get in the truck and start runing over zombies again.

Tips to get the most efficient grind possible:
Take along Adam's mini chainsaw to use when outside your car.

Keep either milk, coffee cream or, orange juice for healing. You could make nectar by combining two orange juices in a blended for more queens to spawn. They could be useful when leaveing the meat processing room and returning to the truck to continue grinding. Throw them into the horde for easy instakills.

If the convicts have spawned or respawned, there jeep is very durable, more so then the truck or the convertible when it comes to runing over zombies.

Also note that if a timed cutscene plays, for example the night cutscene on day one showing the zombies geting red eyes, then your vehicle will be fully repaired when gameplay resumes. This is very niche optimization, but could let you kill more zombies if you time it right.
