The easiest level for this achievement is in the level Now This is What I Call Podracing, which is the last level of Episode 1.
However, I don't believe it can be combined with Yipeee. This is my second playthrough. I also played on my Xbox, and both times I completed the level, the achievement didn't unlock, and I had to try again, but both times, it unlocked on that try.
