When looking for Soot at the beginning of the game, you will eventually visit the Arcade manager's office and scan it for clues.
Scan the right side of his desk to find a hidden button.
This button triggers a fake wall in the previous room in which you will find stolen goods and a skill point.
Achievement unlocks as soon as you push the button.
