Celestial dive is one of the first abilities you have access to buy from the vendor.
Make sure you have the ability equipped (done at the hut), then use it to eliminate 5+ enemies.
In my first playthrough, I only found 1 location with enough enemies to get the achievement in Nokron Tower:
There are at least 2 other locations in Abyssal Caverns with enough enemies too.
