Anniversary Maintenance patch removes checksum for achievements; just requires Ironman. From patch notes:
Achievements now only require that the game is in ironman mode and you achieve them within the timelimit (ingame years)
Note: This means that mods that are affecting the checksums, no longer will prohibit you from getting the achievements, neither does multiplayer.
1. Make a quick mod (or edit gamefiles I guess) that lowers cost of Great Wonders and increase AI decision to build them.
2. Play as a tribe; give AI time to build them, then destroy.
I guess you could also play multiplayer w/ lots of other people building Great Wonders for you to destroy, too.
