You can see your progress in the "progress" menu in your gamemenu.
Its on the far right side.
One thing you probably missed (because its not necessary to progress the story) is "completing the scarecrow".
You have to put three capsules on his body (two for his arms, one for his head). Use Telekinesis (Quest: Right Trigger) for that.
AND you have to put the baseball hat on his head!
The baseball hat is located in the container under the basketball basket (where the balls are).
