There are 34 items and 44 characters to fill up the glossary.

Items involving side quests can be permanently missed, and you will need to start over from an earlier save if you wish to complete this achievement.

1. Audros Bell - Chapter 00. After receiving the bell, before entering the first dungeon.
2. Spire - Chapter 00. After picking up the spire in the first area of the first dungeon.(Unmissable)
3. Relic - Chapter 00. After talking to Lembason in the town hall after leaving the first dungeon.
4. Anu - Chapter 01. After the first fight in Doran's dungeon, you will pick this item up off the ground.
5. Banana Pendant - Chapter 00. After arriving at the dungeon entrance after receiving the bell. The pendant is on the floor. (Memento to save Mantohihi)
6. Clay Goblet - Chapter 01. Given automatically after talking to Lembason in the library in the basement of the 'Chief's Office'. (Memento to save Doran)
7. Four Leaf Clover - Chapter 02. Given automatically after entering the Chief's Office after leaving Doran's Workshop. (Memento to save Ramu)
8. Magnifying Glass - Chapter 04. Added automatically after you follow the monkey up to the newly opened coastal ruins and poke him. (Memento to save Adun)
9. Crown - Chapter 05. Added automatically after the feast. (Memento to save King Aliwin)
10. Security Badge - Chapter 07. Added automatically after talking to the Gold Guardian in his chambers. (Memento to save Ube)

None of the characters should be truly 'Missable', but you could wind up missing some entries if you do not save the optional characters.

1. You - Chapter 00. Believe it or not, you don't start with this entry. It is attained automatically after examining the bell in the town hall.
2. Bimba - Chapter 00. The first of the bell spirits. It is attained automatically after examining the bell in the town hall.
3. Mag - Chapter 00. The second of the bell spirits. It is attained automatically after examining the bell in the town hall.
4. Dali - Chapter 00. The third of the bell spirits. It is attained automatically after examining the bell in the town hall.
5. Medisa - Chapter 00. Your Mother. Wakes you up after the battle tutorial.
6. Lembason - Chapter 00. The village chief. Automatically added when you first enter the town hall.
7. Klia - Chapter 00. Your neighbor. First found right outside your house in the 'Beach' area by the dungeon entrance. Should be added automatically during the town hall event in Chapter 01.
8. Lasa - Chapter 00. Your other neighbor. First found right outside your house in the 'Beach' area by the seaweed drying rack. Should be added automatically during the town hall event in Chapter 01.
9. Bonbon - Chapter 00. The aviculturist. First found in the 'Orchard Village' area northeast of your house in the fenced off area. Should be added automatically during the town hall event in Chapter 01.
10. Ciki - Chapter 00. The fat yellow bird. First found in the 'Orchard Village' area northeast of your house in the fenced off area. Should be added automatically when talking to the Chief in his library near the beginning of Chapter 02.
11. Cuk - Chapter 02. The sleepwalking bird. Either talk to the hololog in the secret room in the 3rd area of Ramu's Dungeon, or save Cuk (whose soul is right next to the hololog in this same area).
12. Kapas - Chapter 00. The cotton farmer. First found in the 'Orchard Village' area northeast of your house in cotton field. Her hat makes her blend in. Should be added automatically after leaving the first dungeon.
13. Doran - Chapter 01. The lumberjack. First can be found by talking to one of the holologs in the his dungeon. Otherwise will be added once you rescue him.
14. Duyuk - Chapter 00. Loveable idiot. First can be found in the 'Farm' area past the 'Orchard Village'. Should be added automatically after leaving the first dungeon.
15. Yuyuk - Chapter 00. The first of the twins. First be found in the 'Farm' area past the 'Orchard Village'. Multiple opportunities to talk to throughout the game in various places.
16. Yeyek - Chapter 00. The second of the twins. First be found in the 'Farm' area past the 'Orchard Village'. Multiple opportunities to talk to throughout the game in various places.
17. Ricola - Chapter 00. Woman who lost her husband and child. Automatically added when you first enter the town hall.
18. Mantohihi - Chapter 00. The aforementioned missing husband. First can be added during his dungeon by talking to the holographic log of him, but will be added automatically at the end of Chapter 00 if you miss the logs.
19. Jub - Chapter 03. The lost child. Either by talking to Jubs hololog or saving them in town in Chapter 04.
20. Mutu - Chapter 01. The cook. Added automatically when you meet him in the library of the 'Chief's Office'
21. Ramu - Chapter 02. The scientist. Talk to a hololog in their dungeon, or it will be added when you save them.
22. Monke - Chapter 04. The first of the monkey bros. Added automatically after you follow him up to the newly opened coastal ruins and poke him.
23. Wala - Chapter 04. The second of the monkey bros. Added automatically when you leave Adun's Dungeon.
24. Ronde - Chapter 04. The third of the monkey bros. Added automatically when you leave Adun's Dungeon.
25. Atul - Chapter 04. The joey. Added automatically when you leave Adun's Dungeon.
26. Adun - Chapter 04. The kangaroo. Can be first acquired when you enter his dungeon, but will be added automatically after you save him.
27. Aliwin - Chapter 05. The king kat. Can be first acquired from a hololog in the first area of his dungeon, but will be automatically added once you save him.
28. Pipit - Chapter 04. The blue sparrow. Can be first acquired with a hololog in Adun's Dungeon, otherwise will be acquired when you save them. (Missable)
29. Turbo - Chapter 05. The dog. Can first be acquired in the first area of Aliwin's Dungeon from a hololog, otherwise will be acquired when you save them. (Missable)
30. Babuchan - Chapter 07. The bum. Added automatically when you meet him at the beginning of the chapter.
31. Mamajaya - Chapter 07. The president. Added automatically in chapter 7 after you return to the town and go to the 'Orchard Village' area.
32. Ube - Chapter 07. The general. Can be first acquired from the hololog at the start of his dungeon, otherwise will be added automatically when you save him.
33. Sasa - Chapter 07. The addict. Can be first acquired from the hololog at the start of Ube's dungeon, otherwise will be added automatically when you save her. (Missable)
34. Rasen - Chapter 08. The other scientist. Can be first acquired from the hololog right after the first teleporter in his dungeon, but will be added automatically after you rescue him.
35. Sei - Chapter 08. The cyborg child. Can first be acquired in the second big area of Rasen's Dungeon. Go right at the first fork to the hololog. If you don't use the hololog, you will acquire this record when you rescue him. (Missable)
36. Pati - Chapter 03. Your dad. Added when examining the first hololog in the Green Guardian's Dungeon, otherwise added eventually at the end of Chapter 08 automatically.
37. Boss Tinis - Chapter 02. The village upgrader. Added automatically when introduced to the town planning mechanic.
38. Guard Tinis - Chapter 07. Talk to the robot guards in the gold pyramid while the president is there, or in front of the President's Manor starting at night. (Missable)
39. Worker Tinis - Chapter 07. Talk to one of the workers around the city once you leave the dungeon and it is night. (Missable)
40. Gold Guardian - Chapter 06. Added automatically during the fight with the Gold Guardian.
41. Green Guardian - Chapter 03. Added automatically upon entering the Green Guardian's Dungeon.
42. Indigo Guardian - Chapter 09. Added automatically at the start of their dungeon.
43. Platinum Guardian - Chapter 10. Added automatically after the point of no return, when you find the guardian within his dungeon. The achievement will pop at this point if you collected everything else.
44. Red Guardian - Chapter 09. Added automatically at the start of their dungeon.
