Have the provinces HaHa which lies on the coast of Morocco (Northwest Africa), HeHe which needs to become a colony and lies three provinces west of Zanzibar (Central east Africa) and finally Lolland which is the southern islands of Denmark. Get your hands on all three and this is yours. I did it with Spain but you can choose any country really.
