This achievement is unlocked during day 153, The Tempest, when Patrick Bannon reports from the Sportsboard final (segment 2).

After the third round, when there are approximately 2:40 seconds left on the clock, the referee will announce "this is the mime round". Patrick will also comment that the final round is the mime round.

As soon as he announces the mime round, turn the broadcast volume down all the way and play in complete silence until the achievement pops.
