Here's my video walkthrough of Act 3, complete with this achievement:
1. At the very start of the game, you'll need to get the "Say Something Romantic" achievement.
2. At the end of the Act, go down the elevator/secret door in the church, to the distillery.
3. When controlling the skeleton, go down the stairs, and drive a shuttle.
4. Drive it down, and to the left, the down and to the right when you can.
5. When you hit the "Mess", drive to the right and slightly up.
6. You'll reach the docks with big blue pumps, stop here.
7. Walk to the water and watch the boat float in!
