I suggest getting this together with "Not A Scratch", both of which are about not taking damage, but from different sources. The reason you'll want to take them together is because you don't want to focus on health drinks at all - use all your chems for making heat drinks!

Also, use your three saves at good times - when you've gotten through a part of the game well and without taking any damage, taken out some enemies, and kept your heat up the entire time! If you ever mess up, just go back to the main menu and reload your save to try again!

Relatively easy to get, once you've played through a couple of times.
