This is easiest done with a friend that drops you a pistol so you can kill them with it. It also works against bots, so you could try to play competitive against them and not kill anyone until you have gotten one of their weapons. Just make sure you're fast enough.
Worst case, you'll randomly get this while playing casually, without thinking about it.
