Awarded when you're killed by an enemy that's already dying. You'll usually get this as you go through the game, usually from both of your guns going off and killing each other at the same time, or the same with a melee weapon. Can also be done by an enemy throwing a grenade, you killing them and you dying while the enemy is in their dying animation.
