Acquire the Engineer:
In Chapter 6 Episode 1 when Olivia asks to go find Ellegaard and Axel asks to go find Magnus. If you decide to go with Olivia and go find Ellegaard, you will go find her and the unlock this achievement once you persuade her to come with you.
