Server Upgrades Tomorrow Will Mean Some Site Downtime

Good morning/afternoon/evening TSAers!

We've been doing a lot of work on site performance recently, re-writing hundreds of routines and creating new indexes to make pages load faster.

As well as software improvements, which we've been able to do without taking down any of the sites, we've decided to upgrade some of our hardware which unfortunately requires a period of downtime tomorrow morning (BST).

Server upgrades incoming

We'll be taking down the site and scanners from 9.30am BST (8.30am UTC) on Friday 29th September while we carry out this work. We expect the downtime to last no more than 45 minutes.

We thank you for your patience during this time, and hope you enjoy the speed boost when we come back up!
