I finally did it. I finished Sid Meier's Civilization V. Hoo boy, that was a colossal undertaking. It was a bit of a bore grinding Temple construction and Forest chopping, but grinding out the remaining wins was easy enough.

After that, it was simply a matter of going through my past saves and completing all the scenarios and their corresponding achievements. Which took longer than I thought but not as long as starting from scratch would have been.

Although had I waited until after getting all the main achievements it would still have taken the same amount of time. It would just feel longer, subjectively. Time is weird. In other news I have now written guides for Final Fantasy VII, VIII, and IX. Might do the others too, although there are multiple versions for some of them. We'll see.

I'll probably be finishing Final Fantasy I, and progress forward to II, and then III, etc. I decided to bite the bullet and buy the alternative versions that are available, due to there being different achievement lists. Fun, ~FUN!!!, Fun!
