Phantasy Star Online 2 Addiction

Ok for the past few weeks I've been absolutely falling in love with PSO2 it's been about 6 months since I last played an MMO, I thought hey! since Phantasy Star Online 2 just arrived on Steam, Let's give it a try...Addiction kicked in within the first few Hours. Character Creation is awesome even if the graphics are kinda dated. I mean it's no Black Desert Online. That Game is Super Sexy in Terms of Graphics is involved. but that's for Another Time, Another Story.


We Are ARKS



So currently there are currently two events going on in the game, The 1 Million ARKS Celebration which is a event where they celebrate the unification of 1 million players on Xbox and PC. It's a fun little event where you get rewards for logging in a daily, like EXP boosters and other helpful consumables to make getting to Level 80 easier. I have to say I am grateful for this as a new player I could use all the help I can get.

The other Event is the Persona 5 Event



You'll have to wait a little longer for Persona 5 on PC. it's coming SEGA and Atlus showed high Interest in this and with the success of Persona 4 Golden on Steam and PC it's more than just a Interest it's a green-light to get that game ported over ASAP. and SEGA treated everyone on the ARKS Ship with a series of Concerts from Persona. The music is Catchy and the dances are very entertaining to watch...I can't help but to feel empty inside once the concerts are over and we have to go back to our daily grind hahaha. It's good to have this relaxation time once in a while.

Anyways with that out the way I'll get back to gaming. There's a bunch of things I want to get done. As Always all my Screenshots will be posted on my Steam Profile. Until the next report.

The Problem with Valve
I wonder, Why does one need to pay to get experience to Raise their Steam Profile Levels? I mean progress could've been attached to Achievements, but you know Valve doesn't care for Achievements because it doesn't make them money and if it doesn't make them money they wont put effort into it. What did they choose to put effort into? Steam Trading Cards that's what. Valve is like a drug dealer, Hear me out! They give you exactly Half of the cards through natural Gameplay, Then you have to pay for the rest. you see with that initial Taste of free Cards, you'll want the rest. Some people obviously took this obsession to new levels.



Just my Observation, You know Don't take it seriously....really!

Random Thought

I had a huge craving to play Dungeon Defenders for some reason, hmm maybe I should fire it up and play again.

I absolutely will not play a game without Achievements, I'm the type of person where my game purchases rests on whether or not your game has Achievements. I Currently have 84 Games that i will not play only because coming from a Console Side of things Most of these games had Achievements on those platforms.



No Achievement, No Purchase.
That's not saying that I don't play games. I do, I just like a goal to strive for, Something to push me forward. Something to Achieve. No Achievement, No Purchase. Some games without Achievements I do enjoy though because they were too old to have them implemented like Sudeki and Knights of the Old Republic.. (But those games eventually had achievements added to them from Microsoft).

What I might do is Catalog some sort of Goal Tracker for myself. I have a Huge list of games i still need to play and More New Arrivals that I want to play like Cyberpunk 2077.

Hello, I'm fairly new at True Steam Achievements so I will go through a brief history about who I am as a gamer and what I do. Most importantly Why am I logging these reports on a achievement tracking website.

Who Am I?

I am a gamer who primarily played console games, Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony Consoles. Started with Nintendo and Retro games for a while but what got me into Achievements and Achievement Hunting was Microsoft and Sony's Consoles Primarily the 360 and PS3. My love to collect everything in a game became a hobby and an addiction, which I (To this Day) Carry with me in every game I play. Recently I wanted to break away from the console space. I felt it to be too limiting and with the surge of mid tier upgrading it was becoming more hassle than fun. I DONT down the line want to get a PS5 Pro or PS5 Slim in order to keep up with the Graphical Demand. So I spent time to Study and Learned how to build a PC Primarily for gaming.

What I do?

Achievement Hunting, I play games and I do so Legit. Always have, Always Will I have to say that. Reading online in forums, Discussion Boards and Gaming Chat spaces. I Feel with a Very Honest and Determined Community we can all achieve greatness, but through all that I want to put out the disclaimer. it makes no sense to cheat, why buy a game if you're going to cheat it? That's like Buying a Car only to look at it. it's a waste of time and money.
I play my games to the fullest, Fair, & Honestly. I love a Challenge and I will play each game as intended.

Why am I here?

First off I'm looking for Friends Both on this site and Steam if possible. I'm not trying to spread myself out to different platforms. We have Steam, Epic Games Store (EGS), Uplay, Origin, GOG, Square-Enix. Everything has a Launcher they want you to use. They all have Games which have Achievements But none of them keeps track of Achievements in one place. This site only keeps track of Steam Achievements and for that I only will buy my games and play my games on Steam (Nothing Else Matters) I will not buy my games on any other launcher Except Steam because on that. I want all my games and Accomplishments on ONE Platform. I will not be divided. I refuse to be Divided...

Final Thoughts

I will be doing regular Reports on Random things. Gaming Progress, Thoughts, & Interests. Since I'm primarily into the Gaming/Anime Space I feel like writing is one good way to vent so I guess I will try that. This is an introduction to me and what I'm doing here on TrueSteamAchievements. I want to be apart of the PC gaming community and I really like a place where i can track my achievements and see my progress grow as a gamer. Thank You for Reading.
