November 2019 Summary: State of limbo Edition
The first 2 weeks of November were one of the most intense weeks of my life, had to stay up until 5 AM studying several days, thankfully I was able to pass all exams, even the ones I didn't study for. The other half of the month I enjoyed my pre-vacation. And now, as the last month of the decade starts, I enter a state of limbo, where I have one foot in vacations and the other in University: I have 2 finals, one on the 6th and the other on the 16th. After that I'll have finished the first year of University and should be free to hunt achievements until late Febraury 2020. See you next year!
-1) The Walking Dead Season 1: Not really too much of a challenge huh? I have posted a review for this. 4★/5★
-2) Only If: Only 10 achievements. I have posted a review for this. 2,5★/5★
-3) State of Decay YOSE: First big game I completed in Steam. I have posted a review for this. 3,5★/5★
-4) The Mammoth: A Cave Painting: A 5 minutes game with only 1 achievement. Don't know if this game deserves a review, maybe. 3★/5★ for what it is.
-5) DED: Only 10 achievements. I have posted a review for this. 3★/5★
-6) Castle Crashers: Got all 12 achievements and had a blast while hunting them. I have posted a review for this. 4,5★/5★
-7) Fallout Shelter: Thanks to superhuman efforts I finished this game without cheats and no money spent. I have posted a review for this. 3,5★/5★
Games that I play daily/Grind games
-Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links: Missing: Collect 100 prismatic cards, win 100 PvP matches and reach stage 50. Main focus is no longer getting prismatic cards, now it's reaching stage 50. I did get 3 more prismatic cards this month and made some progress with the next 2, reached stage 38 and thanks to some PvP events this month I reached 93 online wins. It looks like I might be able to finish this game before vacations end.
Current number of Prismatic Cards: 88/100 (3+ since the last report)
Current Stage: 38/50 (3+ since the last report)
Current number of PvP wins: 93/100 (29+ since the last report)
-Call of War: Finally finished that 25 player map I was stuck with for the last 3 months, and I won. To no one's suprise it looks like the win didn't count for that respective map's achievement, oh well, nothing new. I started a new 50 players match, looks promising so far. Steam achievements for the game are still broken but at least I was told that the devs are working to fix this, let's see if they can make them work for more than a week, if they can get them working at all...
Achievements obtained: 34/150 (0+ since the last report)
NON DAILY GAMES THAT I MANAGED TO PLAY ON MY FREE TIME
-Red Orchestra 2: Finished the singleplayer campaign. God willing I will be able to play the multiplayer version of this game in the future, have a few other long games to finish first tho...
-Dying Light: There was an community event going on so I decided to participate, got 2 legendary weapons and 1 achievement.
-CS:GO: I wanted to start playing CS:GO in the mornings when there is decent internet connection, managed to play for like 3 days before Valve released an update that made it imposible for me to play, game freezes/crashes like a motherf..... At least I got 1 achievement out of it before it got ruined.
-Aim Lab: New game that I decided to start to practice my aim for CS:GO. Since it doesn't look like I will be able to play CS:GO any time soon this game is put on hold aswell, at least I got the 2 achievements that can only be obtained for playing in the beta that otherwise I wouldn't have obtained in the future.
