To-Do List late to update, later to add random

Hi Guys

It seems like when an achievement is won from the to do list the list it self wont update to reflect this until the list page is opened or another scan is done, and the add random achievements page wont reflect this (meaning no more achievements can be added for us non Pro accounts) until either a second scan or possibly a whole day later?

I haven't tested around too much yet.

Possibly just needs to be something that updates its resources more often?
