    Scanning first time - nothing happens... have around ~600 games and ~900 achievements

    You need to update your privacy settings.

    Hello! I'm usually scanned by Scanner 7 and so i tried a rescan yesterday and it said there were 15 accounts in front of me. It has been hours now and i'm still on the queue and nothing changes (Your update is currently queued). Maybe it's stuck

    Seeing same symptoms as Dass above me. Normally scanned by scanner 7, "request scan" reports 19 gamers in front of me.

    Scanned twice and none of the games or achievements from my account are showing up

    Are the scans going through correctly for you now?

    hello new here, seams there is a pb with the bot that must scan my profile.

    Looks Pro Scanner is having issues getting red X for all users

    Pro scanner can't see achievements, but I see someone else has posted already, but it's still an issue

    Same here with the Pro Scanner - fails to scan with red X's in the Ach's column.

    The devs are aware of the issue with the Pro Scanner and are looking into the issue.

    EDIT: The Pro Scanner is now up and running.

    Desktop General Level 3 achievement from Call of War is not getting recognized by the scanners, please see if you can fix this.
    Also while I am on it, I've noticed that TSA scores of achievements are not going down or up anymore, so my profile's TSA score remains static until I get a new achievement. Does this have something to do whit the site's problems whit some servers that I've been reading recently?

    Since I posted the last message a weed ago, I have obtained 2 more Call of War achievements (The lone wolf level 1 and War Hero level 1) and the scanner is not registering them too, bringing me to a total of 3 missing achs. in my profile. Can someone answer me this time?

    I'm running a full re-scan of your profile to see if they'll pick up this time, but I didn't have success the last time I tried.

    EDIT: Looks like they've shown up.

    I've run a full rescan of your account and it added 3 achievements. Is your account up-to-date now?

    Can somebody please check on TSA Scanner 2? For the last week or so, it's failing to scan my account, even though everything is set to public and I scan fine elsewhere.
