    Hi. Can you look into my account and see whats going on. I get scanned everyday but nothing updates.

    Something is not set right in your privacy settings. This article will tell you what you need to change:

    Valve's Changes to Privacy Policy Affect Our Ability To Scan Your Games

    If your privacy settings are already properly set, change them to something else, save them, then go back and change them again. That should allow us to scan you properly.

    Tried to update today, it said I was in queue with 3 gamers in front of me. Now hours later I didnt get an update and when I click to get one, it says im already in queue

    Yep, definitely looks like Scanner 5 is stuck for some reason. I've alerted the devs to it.

    Unlocked 2 Skyrim achievements today (Beyond Death and Soul Tear) TSA scanners aren't picking them up.

    Both are showing now.

    Two achievements I've unlocked for Emily is Away aren't showing (Friendliness Petals for all and Much Unlock, Very Wow)

    Two achievements I've unlocked for Call of War aren't showing (Green Devil Level 1, Train Driver Level 1)

    I have unlocked 2 achievements for Snuggle Truck on Steam but are still showing as locked on this site. Can anyone help please?

    200 Fuzzy Catcher - Catch 200 fuzzies! (Unlocked 3 Feb @ 6:39pm)

    All Medals - Earn ALL THE MEDALS :) (Unlocked 5 Feb @ 8:26pm)

    Any update on my above question please? Its been 2 weeks and the scanners have still not discovered the achievements :(

    I passed along yours and Valewonca's issue with missing achievement on to the devs. So it's on their list of things to do but, as you can probably imagine, that list is pretty long. However when they get in the office tomorrow, I'll try and ping them again on it and see if there's something quick they can do to shake those missing achievements loose.

    Today I was messing with my Steam account privacy settings and those 2 Call of War achievements I was missing popped up in my profile, no need to have that on the to do list for you guys anymore.

    Scanners don't appear to be working at all, it just sits on "no-one in front of you" but never engages the scan. :(

    Looks like it might have just been a temporary glitch with Steam. Everything looks OK now.

    While my initial scan worked, it isn't picking any new achievements up. Since then I have earned two new achievements in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (Ice To Meet You, and Who Needs Air?) and three new achievements in Edge of Space (Me and THIS Army, Buffet, and Healthy Appetite). When I initiate a scan it says that there is no one in front of me, and then success.
