This game is basically a Tribes clone, with no one playing it. If you have the DLC, there are 3 achievements available. To access the single-player, open the game and click the giant "Play" button in the upper-right of the screen. It looks like an advertisement, so it's easy to miss.
Then, choose to play the single-player league games. The first challenge is an easy 1-vs-1 match against a bot. You just have to be in the lead at the end of the 15 minutes (at least that's what it seems like), and you unlock the first achievement.
Get through all ten challenges, and you will win the 2nd achievement. Getting the 3rd achievement is going to be really difficult. The leader boards are already set with a bunch of legacy players. Maybe you can beat them, but the time it'll take to get good at the game and get good scores is not really worth it, IMO.
