Posted on 16 February 24 at 20:22Did you finish an Ubisoft Game on Uplay and rebought it on steam? You can sync the achievements with a simple guide (taken from Steam Forums and adjusted for AC Odyssey). I spent 144 Hours in the game but unfortunately time spent doesn't carry over or sync:1. First install the game via Steam or put in the Uplay files in this folder:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Assassins Creed Odyssey (You might need to create this folder) and press download/play. Steam will discover the files if necessary.2. Boot up the game and turn it off again3.1 Make sure to backup this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\3.2 Go this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\UPLAYID\5059 and put the files from this folder into this one:C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\UPLAYID\50924. Boot up the game via Steam again and load your save file. You should unlock all of the previously earned achievements at once and have your save game available. No work arounds required.

Posted on 13 January 26 at 18:47It’s great that now you can just download a Ubisoft game directly on Steam. The achievements are added to your account automatically. The game is also activated on your Ubisoft account as a separate title with “Steam” in the name. The only exception is probably Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, where you have to finish the prologue to unlock some achievements. The sad part is that your playtime does not transfer to Steam. In Assassin’s Creed Odyssey I have almost 240 hours - that’s how long it took me to complete the game 100% with all DLC. It would be awesome if you could transfer your playtime from Ubisoft to Steam 🤔.
