Icon for removing achievements from To Do List incorrect

When adding a game to the To Do List from the Easy Achievements screen, the "Remove from my To Do List" tool tip text is repeated as full readable text next to an incorrect icon. See screenshot here for sample: http://i1328.photobucket.com/albums/w529/BradFurminger/....jpg

EDIT: Apparently this only happens when you first click on the Add icon - refreshing the page corrects the problem. For the record, using Chrome on Windows 10.

The url gets our username put in it on the first click Spilner's Images for example
