Malfunctioning Scanners

Having some issues where its not picking up a couple of achievements I got today, even with multiple scans. They show as attained today on my Steam Profile.

My steam profile is set-up excactly as stated (Public) and I havent had the random error I rarely get where it says its not Public, but actually is.

The two achievements are:

OxU:

Coloring Pixels:

As of the time of writing, the OxU achievement was attained about 13 hours ago and the Coloring Pixels one was about 4 hours ago.

Edit: So sometime between this post at 19:16 local time and now (21:38), it recognized that the OxU achievement was indeed obtained, but doesnt see the Coloring Pixels.

Edit 2: Resolved it only by getting another achievement in Coloring Pixels. A full re-scan didnt get it, only by doing another Achievement did the "Mammoth" achievement above finally pop.

Another game I finished 3-4 days ago and i'm trying manually to update but doesn't get scanned no matter what. The game is MindLoop. (https://steamcommunity.com/app/3983520)

There's obviously a major problem with your scanner (maybe isolated to scanner #5 ?).

I went a bit technical, to see if one can get data from my account. Here's proof:

So my account is widely open for scanning, the game IS there, but your scanner drops (?) or ignores the changes. I can't imagine why. I suppose I mustn't get a PRO account to get scanned once every couple of days, right?

Hope this helps a bit and also hope it will be fixed soon enough cause it's getting weird and tiresome.

Seem to be having a problem with the scanner as well, the following should be 100%, Glowing Stones for example the achievements that haven't tracked I unlocked way back on June 19th.

I've also seemed to lose my 779 day achievement streak because my achievements from yesterday haven't seemed to track either, should have had some from Zup! Q.

I've checked all my settings and tried manual scanning 3 times but nothing seems to work, if someone could have a look please.

For your achievement streak, don't worry about this. It's calculated based on achievement timestamps, so as long as you have unlocked an achievement on that date, when it does scan in it will have the timestamp and the streak can be recalculated.

I had noticed on the most recent scan that the missing achievements from the 22nd had shown up although this hadn't fixed the achievement streak yet.

Hello my achievements for AC Shadows seem to have stopped syncing over the past week even after hitting request scanner update in the options.

I have been inactive for some time, and now the scanner is not recording any of my unlocked achievements. Is there a solution for this?

I'm not sure if this is a scanner issue, or an achievement data mismatch issue -

Phasmophobia is not scanning the correct achievements. The number of achievements collected is correct, however the "won" and "not won" are not correct. There are others with this issue as well at this thread - Not scanning properly
