Oky strangely it's done a 'partial' scan, it's picked up my Dead by Daylight Achievements but not the ones for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
    Hey there, I asked a dev to have a quick look before processing your removal. They managed to scan one game based on recently played. Some questions;
    - Do they actually own these games on Steam? Or have they been lent the games (I know this was a feature before)
    - Have they got the games for free via a subscription?

They are getting close now. If you have any games via Family Sharing, make sure they are played within the last two weeks.

My own question; how many games do you have? Are there more than the two you mentioned?

Thanks CT_QFB, just to add to this. When checking for games you "own" the Steam APIs return nothing, however looking at "recently played games" separately we get one game returned (Dead By Daylight).

I was just wondering if the games you have played have been done so via the Steam Library Sharing feature? Or maybe they were games played during a free event or through a subscription?

I played around with the data requests and can't seem to get Euro Truck to return for your account. Any extra information on both of these games would be really helpful. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Hello... I'm new here. After reading some of the posts here, I'd like to ask, is the scanner still having issue or fixed? Somehow, when I my scanned my profile, none of the completed achievements shows up. In fact, it stated that I have 0 achievements. The reason I joined here is because, I wanted to know what achievements I'm still missing and from which game. That's why I'd like to scan and check what/which game and what achievements that I still need to complete. So, is the scanner still alright? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I just set up my account and started playing a game through family sharing, but it doesn't look like it got picked up by the scanner. Do achievements unlocked through Family Sharing show up on the site?

Ah, the problem was the Friends List. Why would that need to be public for the scanners to pick the games up?
Edit: Even after scanning, the game still doesn't show up. I even tried scanning while the game is running. Any idea why it still isn't showing up?

Ahh.. okay... Thanks for that. It managed to scan properly now. However, I'd like to ask, how to check which game and what achievements that I'm still missing... I'm unable to check / find which game that I still need to play in order to accomplish the rest of the achievements. Is there a way to track the progress of any achievements that have started? I have a screenshot for it but I'm not sure where and how to post it here... to make things easier to understand.

Apologise I've been away a few days and only just seen the message.

Yeah teh games are from Library sharing, this account is my secondary 'achievement hunting' one, my main is just what I play for fun,

Is library or 'family' sharing causing the issue? If so I apologse, I never thought it could be that as I have the same set up for both xbox and playstation where I have secondary accounts conneted to 'TrueAchievements' and 'True Trophies' so I assumed it wouldn't be a issue here.

You can filter your HiHoFai's Game Collection on 'Started' and 'Incomplete' to see for what games you still have achievements to do. You can also use your HiHoFai's Achievements page and set the filter to 'Achievements Not Won'

Nope, that's it. It started working once I bought and started playing Terraria, so maybe it just needed a non-Family Sharing game.

Thank you for confirming. I believe the "family shared" part is why it is not working. In theory you don't "own" these games, so they don't return in the owned api call. However, if you have played them recently they return in the "recently played api call - as this isn't concerned with ownership, but rather play.

There is a way to find "shared" games specifically, so this gives me enough information to go off for some changes for this - it seems quite rare for an account to only have shared games on it.

For me, most of my games are going to be shared, since my old account has hacked achievements but I wanted a fresh start for TSA. Connected family sharing to my old account since I wasn't going to spend hundreds getting all my games again. Ended up needing to buy Terraria to play TModLoader, so I guess it worked out in the end.

Ah I see, sorry about all the hassle, again it never entered my mind that the sharing thing might be the issue.

Which three games are "stuck" please? If you let us know the names we can verify this data is coming back properly from Steam.

Hello, I'm here to report that scanner is refusing to scan these 100% games for me.

    1.
    Yes, No, Goodbye
    Yes, No, Goodbye Achievements

    2.
    Consumption Line
    Consumption Line Achievements

    3.
100 Cats Lost In Canada Find & Color
100 Cats Lost In Canada Find & Color Achievements

My profile is always public. I've tried A LOT of times to request scan for these specific titles. Note that, all these games are perfectly scanned in other achievement platforms.

    Ty ;-)
Thank you. Are these games you own but played a long time ago? Or ones owned through family sharing? Are these recently played games (within past two weeks)?

    Thanks for the quick response,
all 3 are new free2play games, started and completed them (100%) the same day, iirc. Two of them in the last couple of weeks. Here's my log:

    Yes, No, Goodbye -completed- 2025-Sept-04
    Consumption Line -completed- 2025-Sept-02
Cats Lost In Canada Find & Color -completed- 2025-Aug-24

Thanks, but they were finally scanned last week, very strange. This games was finished two weeks ago.

This two are new games, may be i finished it before achievements was added to TSA
100 Cats Lost In Canada Find & Color Achievements completed 23 Aug 25
101 Cats Hidden in Chennai Achievements completed 23 Aug 25
and i think this one, but it's old game
Hentai Story Jasmine Achievements completed 24 Aug 25

Maybe just broken scanner or any server maintances?

So, any news with the problem at hand?
I can see the last game (Cats lost in Canada) has new gamer/entry as of 11th of September, but the crawler still cannot scan me. Weird.

    UPDATE:
Woohoo! I think I fixed it myself !?!
What I did is I got each game running again and while being online, I requested a scan from the drop down menu, somehow it worked!
