Technically the achievement is missing but from Steam. Gravity Error doesn't have the achievement "Is It An Error?" anymore. It's impossible to track it as a completed game.

This is a known problem and we even had a site wide poll/discussion about them. (You can see here) So far, the admins haven't decided what they're going to do with them.
