Mushroom 11 doesn't seem to be in the games list. It has 35 achievements.

Mimpi Dreams isn't showing any achievements.

One other note, when searching for games I initially use the Menu -> [Games] Games link which opens the Steam Games page. When I try to search for Mimpi Dreams, I get no results. However, if I just search the site, I get the page. Should the Mimpi Dreams have been found in the Steam Games page? This would have prevented me from posting any previous games as missing which actually weren't if I knew that Steam Games page filter was malfunctioning.

Mimpi Dreams Achievements

Looks like it's an issue with the games filter. Can't see any reason to suggest what makes that game different to any other.
