Pretty straight forward, and as it says on the tin, you just need to use the same bonus again before it runs out, easier to do later in the game due to the fact of multiple bonuses cause them to be closer to the bottom (Late 2's early 3's).
Get a level with a bonus relatively low to the bottom (at least past the half way mark), wait until the bar is filled, press it twice (since it is below half way) and achievement pops.
