  In order to get this achievement, Oleg must NOT be seen as a traitor to the nation, and thus get arrested.
  If not he will be killed (and that is the trophy Vaporized).
  
  Make sure you only upload positive things concerning Oleg that will not make him look like a traitor.

  Looking at the fact that some people do have this achievement and I don't, and the description, makes me think it can be achieved by not uploading all data chuncks in episode 1.
