  Simplay by playing the game you should've unlocked this achievement.
  However if you haven't so far, here is how:
  At the start of the round you take the bomb thats lying on the ground (Has to be Casual or Ranked mode, not deathmatch or arms race; also has to be a bomb site map) and plant it on A or B bomb site, after taking down several enemies defending it.
