    Bi-Lingual (german below)
You get this for beating Runt in the ending fight of the "First Chapter" Train your preferred weapon to at least 10, 15 is better and quaff a "Bockblut" or "Buck's Blood" Potion increasing your stamina beforehand.

After the Cutscene, before Runt attacks you there is a short non-combat time, where you can quaff the potions.
Also if you are injured, quaff a Marigold or a Lazarus potion depening on your injuries.

I think you can also repair, do so if possible.

In this fight what counts is your skill with the weapon, not the weapon itself.
Of course an axe or a mace does more damage to Runt, as he is rather well armored with a brigandine and plate armor, but since Runt is a very skilled swordfighter, he is very much able to block or counter any move you make if you are not well skilled with your weapon.

I tried this fight with an axe, while having level 10 with the axe, and got my ass handed back to me, Tried it with the sword Stinger and it was tougher, but since I was lvl 15, I got more hits in.
This is due to the increase in overall speed that a higher weapon's skill gives you, which gives the enemy less time for a block or riposte.
Stinger is also a good one for this fight, due ot it's high thrust damage, which helps defeat the armor. (IRL when fighting armored opponents they did often try to thrust for the weak spots.

Don't try to be the big combo master, since Runt will interrupt you at any time he can, instead try to get the hits in and fight carefully, he is really good.
    If you can interrupt him!

This is a fight where the perk "Tin opener" really pays off if you fight with a sword or an axe, as those 15% extra damage to his gear come in rather handy.

"Serrated Edge" might also be helpful, since it causes a higher chance of bleeding, the problem though is, that you have to get through the armor first to cause bleeding.

"A Blacksmith's son" is really helpful in this, as you can get more damage, though unless you have very durable weapons it willl take a beating in this fight.

"Clinch Master" does help as well, for the times that Runt might get you in a Clinch.
"Tight grip" is a good one as well, as it helps with stamina regeneration, rather important in this small fighting area.
That "Stronghold" is a necessary skill for this fight should not need to be explained, if you haven't this skill already, may the lord have mercy on you........ ;)
Although I'm pretty sure that preceeding Bandits did beat that knowledge into you already....

"Headcracker" is probably the best strength perk to have for this fight, as it gives you a higher chance of knocking your enemies out in this fight.........and given that Runt wears no Helmet.......well, you get the picture.

The Mule perks are nice to have as well, as they allow you to wear heavier armour, which you kinda need fighting runt.

Perfect Block is a requirement for this fight and "Firm Grip" if you fight with a shield, as it drains Runts Stamina 15% faster on a block.
Well worn does help, as it makes the armor lighter, and you therefore aster, or you can wear more armor.

Last Gasp is also kinda helpful as in every boss fight, as are Berserk and Thickblooded.
"Sadist" is also not bad, +1 strength after causing a bleeding wound is rather helpful.

And you will need all the help you can get.
