This is a pretty easy achievement, just load into one of the combat challenges and make sure you only take the henchmen out with silent takedowns from behind. One good thing to note is that you can use your grapnel gun to hide on the gargoyles after takedowns and it will not count against you!
I recommend doing this on the "Silent Knight" map as that one is one of the easier maps.
