You can get this achievement by going to the start of chapter 5: intrusion.
Start by going to the left and you will be met by 2 turrets after taking care of them you will be in the middle of a 3 way intersection on the left you will see the office 2056 boarded up, you can enter it by shooting a portal about mid way up on the left through a gap achievement will pop once inside.
