This achievement is missable, more or less.
At the end of the first part of the chapter (the "Storytime" part when Zoe is still in a coma), you have a choice to make: following the "path that might be" or the "path that once was". That choice forks the rest of the chapter; this achievement is an "unmissable" story achievement of the "path that might be" branch.
After delivering lunch to your boyfriend, you head to your place of work, the shop "Pandemonium." Here you are tasked with testing a robot. Go outside then talk to it to choose one of four tests. You have to do all four and you can't fail them, just follow the robot to each location, then interact with it to "aim" it a target for the test. After all four are done you'll head back to the shop and the achievement should unlock.
