The easiest place to do this is in Questionable Ethics. There's a room with a room sized headcrab terrarium that you need for the achievement to do all the experiments. There are some snarks on one of the counters.
You should run into a fight between aliens and soldiers shortly after this. Kill everything but one grunt, save the game, kill with snarks. Reload and repeat 10 times, it tracks cross reload.
