Nunchucks are crafted by taking 2 timber and a wire - requires 80 intellect, and is a 5/5 weapon (The joint strongest in the entire game)
In order to initiate a prison takeover, you must take out a certain percentage of the guards in a prison at once. It is possible to quickly knock out the required amount but since they wake up after a while, use either duct tape or rope to tie them down.
It goes without saying this is to be done in Center Perks or an easy custom prison.
