One of the easiest ways to get this achievement is to go to the computers in the prison and browse the internet by clicking on the computer. keep doing this and your intellegence is increase. Do it enough and you will eventually reach level 100 on this. It took me three days of 2, 2 hour free times browsing to finally get mine to 100.
