How to unlock the True Champion achievement

  For this achievement, you CANNOT leave it running at the main menu. Do a single player chess match in order to unlock it. It's under "Games", then "Classic" in order to get to chess.

  You can definitely leave it running in the main menu. I did for a month and half straight and got the achievement.

  The easiest way to rack up extra hours towards the various "time played" achievements is to start the game and leave it running at the opening screen overnight, while at work, etc. The time spent at the opening screen will accumulate towards these achievements.
