Donating 100,000 to the Temple of Avo
1.)Buy and rent out homes / Shop Income
There are a few houses that the player can purchase by default, and killing the tenant of a house makes the house available for purchase (same thing with shopkeepers and shops).
Purchase these houses and rent them out to earn income off of them. Each house will pay a different rate, depending on certain factors, some of which are uncontrollable. However, placing trophies on the wall mounts of your homes will increase the property value, and thus the rent. Beware that a house will only stockpile 3 payments at the sign outside, at which point the rent is essentially free until you pick up the stockpiled rent outside.
2.)Haggling between shops
When you look at an item for sale in a shop inventory, the price is displayed next to another number in brackets. This number is the average value of the item, as prices fluctuate based on time and stocks. Simply buy products in bulk when they are heavily discounted, and then sell them to another vendor when the prices are high again, and soon enough you will be racking in the cash. This method also requires a significant amount of money to kickstart it.
Sacrificing to the Chapel of Skorm
1.)Renown
Once you have reached the Mid-Game, you will probably find that many NPCs have a love heart displayed on the minimap. You can increase your renown by completing quests and by performing the Trophy minigame, where you show off a trophy to everyone in an area. The more renown you have, the more people will recognise you and the more likely they are to follow you when asked.
2.)Lead people to the Chapel
Assuming that you have enough renown to command NPCs to follow you, (you can also sacrifice your spouse and your bodyguard if you hired one), simply trek to the Chapel of Skorm. Note that using the Guild-Seal will not bring your follower with you, so you may want to pick up followers in one of the areas near the Chapel. Then, interact with the hooded men in the Chapel to sacrifice your follower.
You only have to choose one to complete the achievement, as with most of the achievements.
