    Chuck (Or Frank) Can Use A Camera To Take Photos!
    - This Is Done By Holding The Aim Button, Then Pressing The "Use" Button.
    (Right Click + E [On Keyboard And Mouse])
    - Then Press The Attack Button To Take The Picture (Left Click On Mouse)

    Snapping 30 Total Photos Of Anything Nets You This Achievement (Even Just A Wall)
