This achievement is pretty simple albeit semi-frustrating. PowerPyx has, once more, outdone them self and went ahead and posted a beautiful and easy video to follow here:

The timeline goes as:
#1 - Surveillance Camera - 0:05
#2 - Helicopter with Guards - 0:53
#3 - Box on Helipad - 1:20
#4 - Power Generator - 1:51
#5 - Ancient Stoneface - 2:34
#6 - Jeep - 3:16
#7 - Tank - 4:07
When pressing the options/start button you can scroll over to the mission objectives to see which scenes you have completed. You need to do all of them in one play through to get the achievement. It should also be noted, not to destroy these items before or after getting the cut scene to pop.
NOTE: After completing this achievement, assuming you own MGSV:PP, you can go to the "export save" item on Ground Zero's menu. Then go back to MGSV:PP and do the "import save" on its menu, to unlock a really cool skin for your Snake! (Them throwbacks!)
