  I unlocked 7 and 11 at the same time, so one of them is
  
  Trust Me, I'm a Doctor
  Have 30 points in Treat Injury.
  
  and the other is
  
  Silent, But Deadly
  Have 30 points in Stealth
  
  But I don't know which. I think this is Treat Injury.
  
  For either, one of the party members must have the skill as a class skill. Visas or Kreia are good for these two. Max the target skill each level, and you will have 30 ranks at level 27.
