Have 10,000 credits at once. If you're dark side and don't buy anything, you can get this before you leave Telos. Otherwise, wait until you are close to the end of the game. Save, then sell all the great gear you picked up along the way. 10 good items should get you to 10,000 credits. Unlock the achievement, and reload your save.
