  Vaklu is the military leader of Onderon. He's opposed to the queen. Picking Vaklu is the Dark Side option.
  
  I don't know where the trigger for picking a side is, so support Vaklu at every opportunity.

  Landed on Onderon with the Basilisk, met Vaklu and negotiated terms, still no trigger. Anyone have any sure fire tips on how to get it?

  Achievement triggered at the very end of the quest. After killing Kavar, killed the Queen after Vaklu asked me to, achievement popped. Like was said before, support Vaklu throughout the market square section, just to be safe. Kill the three captains, take part in the riot, and support him in the conversation between the Devaronian and the Twi'lek.
