Go to the "Halls of Glory" from the main menu.
As soon as you start the level, turn to the right and go through the door to find a yellow checkpoint. Sit in this and a new level will load - complete this.
I had to do it twice for it to unlock - the achievement also stated "complete two easter egg levels" so keep this in mind if it didn't unlock straight away.
