To get this achievement you need to play as a Necromancer leader.
First you need to research the spell for summoning the Dead Reaper. It will take some time as it is tier VI strategic spell.
After researching select the spell in your spell book while you are on your strategic map (not the battle one) and wait few turns till it will be ready to cast. Then cast it on one of your armies which have a free slot.
