How to unlock the Eden achievement

  In order to unlock Eden, you need to draw it from Ultima Weapon. Ultima Weapon is located in the secret deep-sea research facility. Return here after defeating Bahamut and you will now be able to access the lower levels. Ultima Weapon is at the very bottom.

  In addition to DarkDan's solution Eden may also be drawn from the Tiamat boss in Ultimecia Castle if you missed the Ultima Weapon fight or defeated him without drawing it. But this is past a certain point of no return in the story, and if you defeat Tiamat you can no longer obtain Eden for that playthrough at all.
