How to unlock the Tonberry achievement

  In order to unlock the Tonberry GF, you will need to head to Centra Ruins (where you also find Odin) and kill roughly 20 or so Tonberries. The number varies per game, and is always an amount between 18 and 24. Once you have killed enough, you will be attacked by the Tonberry King. Defeat him to unlock the Tonberry GF.
