  Personally, I managed to get this one with the Watcher.
  She has a 0-cost Colorless card called Insight that can be retained and draws 2 cards on use.
  Your goal is to get 10 Insights in your hand, and at least 12 Insights in your draw pile (you should be able to play another 3 cards with the cost of 1 after playing all your Insights).
  These are the three cards that generate Insights:
  1) Study - shuffles an Insight into your draw pile at the end of the turn.
  2) Evaluate - adds 6 (10 if upgraded) block and shuffle an Insight into your draw pile.
  3) Pray - gain 3 (4) Mantra and shuffle an Insight into your draw pile.
  Out of the three, Study is the most useful, as it provides you with an Insight every turn. But the other two can be used as a means to speed up the process.
  When you have enough Insights between your hand and your draw pile, simply play them all.
  
  The downside of this method is that you have to wait plenty of turns without being able to block the damage.
  If you are lucky, and you obtain the necessary cards early on, you can do this against a weak enemy that doesn't deal a lot of damage.
  A very useful card for this situation is Like Water, that adds 5 (7) block at the end of the turn, if you are in Calm. Using Vigilance and Like Water can help you survive long enough to be able to play 25 cards in one turn.

  This one can be easily obtained by playing as Silent, it is almost automatically gotten if the deck is based on Shivs, in fact, Blade Dance+, which is a upgraded common card, gives you 5 played cards for 1 Energy only. Common Energy Potion is 2 Energy.
  I'm pretty sure everyone who played Silent on Shivs got this achievement.
  So, what's needed:
  - 4+ copies of Blade Dance+ (Toxic Egg relic is perfect, but without it those can be done, too);
  - some relics for Energy or Energy Potion;
  - some cards to find Blade Dances+ (Prepared and Calculated Gamble are the best)
  -- or Duplication Potion,
  -- or Swift Potion;
  - some 0 Enegry's cards (again, Prepared and Calculated Gamble are very useful).
